At Crostwick Boarding Kennels & Cattery we offer the service your pet needs to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

 

We are licensed by South Norfolk and Broadland District Council, licence holder Jane Rounce , licence number BE12

 

• We have individual kennels and cat pens where your dog or cat can stay for either a short or long term period.
• We have a range of food on-site but alternatively you are welcome to supply your own food, please note we do not feed raw food.
• Our kennels and cat pens have outdoor runs with covers over allowing your dog or cat the space to exercise in a secure protected environment.
• Dogs are exercised twice daily in our own secure paddock.
• Individual Infra Red heating in kennels.
• Experienced Staff on site at all times.
• Individual heated cat pens with outdoor covered over runs.
• We are unable to accept any pet that is not fully vaccinated, certificates must be shown before admission.
• Due to recent changes in EU legislations regarding the latest data protection regulations (GDPR) we can no longer gain access to the veterinary history of your pets. All owners admitting their pets to the kennels must be in possession of the relevant up to date vaccination documents at the time of admission. Any pets brought in without the correct documentation will be refused admission.
• We are presently licensed for 90 dogs and 8 cats.
• Please note kennel / cattery booking can be made by phone, email, or in person at the kennels.
• We accept cash and bank transfers only.
